I will write more in the coming weeks about how Aidan came to faith in Christ, but for now I will just say, that as a single mom, leading my son through the Gospel and having the priviledge of baptising him....well....there just aren't words to express it.

"My name is
Aidan and I am 9 years old. My mom and I talked about becoming a Christ
follower for a few weeks before Rock the Block started. I went to Rock the
Block at my friends house and my friend told me that he was a Christ follower.
The next
week we had Rock the Block at our house. I paid attention to what the teachers
said about Christ and how my sin separates me from God. After Rock the Block
was over, I realized that if I became a Christ follower,
God would be my savior and I wanted that to happen to me.
Then my friends
sister told me that she became a Christ follower and I thought that was cool. After
that me and my mom went to a quiet place and I asked God to forgive my sins and
be my Savior.
I am glad
that Jesus died on the cross for me so that I am not separated from God.
I am here
today to be baptized to let the world know that Jesus is the Lord of my life."
